About

Feeba Football wants to hear, give access to, and encourage female voices in football. By offering a variety of sessions our coaches are prioritising the female experience to help players excel on the pitch and in any other avenues they want football to take them in. We champion supporting female coaches to help inspire girls to play football, use the sport to help with girl’s confidence and create further equality in the game

Meet Our Team

Charlie Gordon- Founder

As a player, coach and committee member at our partner club Winchester City Flyers, Charlotte branched out her volunteer work and co-founded Feeba Football to increase female participation in football. Charlotte has been playing football since she was 7 and has been involved with coaching since she was 14! Charlotte is now an FA Level 2 Qualified Coach, has coached a variety of age groups (with a special mention to her 2018/19 under 18 side in their double winning season) and also heads up the coaching at the Winchester City Flyers award winning Wildcats centre.

Tony Pantell- Founder

Tony is all things behind the scenes Feeba! As a co-founder of Feeba Football, his vision and expertise is invaluable to us! He is chairman of the Ladies setup at Winchester City Flyers and has years (and years!) of experience in women’s football, both from a coaching and managing point of view. Tony works for Hampshire FA, is a FA Level 1 Qualified Coach and is devoted to the growth and equality of girls in football.

Jake Gower- Director

Jake took over the company in 2024 and has a depth of knowledge in football coaching, specifically in girl football, having coached teams such as Romsey Town Youth Girls, and is currently the Lead Coach for the City of Portsmouth College Women’s Football Team. Jake is an FA UEFA B-level coach and has a BSc degree in Sports Coaching.

Lara Simpson

Lara is another Feeba Ambassador coach, who having played football for over 10 years has now transitioned into the coaching space! Like Jess, she began coaching with Feeba in the summer of 2023 and now partakes in the coaching of school sessions and camps. Lara is both a Southampton FC and England fan, and had the opportunity to watch the Lionesses win the 2022 Euros at Wembley, a memory Lara states she’ll never forget!
